Should something go wrong during a clean, and your property is damaged or staff are injured as a result, we take all necessary measures to log the issue and report it to you promptly. We have public liability insurance, so we are covered for third party damage claims for property or for personal injury caused as a result of our business activities.

If at any stage your usual cleaner cannot make it, we are sure to let you know who the replacement will be. All of our staff are vetted and have undergone police checks. We also keep detailed notes on any special requests you may have, and this information is passed on to whoever is cleaning your space.

You have the options of paying your account by a specified date each month, or setting up a direct debit, whereby we draw the agreed cleaning fee from your account. Most of our customers find direct debit is the simplest option, as it reduces the possibility of late payment, which can involve a late payment fee.

In regards to cancellations, we require at least 24 hours notice, otherwise you may still be charged for the clean.
