We have public liability insurance, so we are covered for third party damage claims for property or for personal injury caused as a result of our business activities.

If at any stage your usual cleaner cannot make it, we are sure to let you know who the replacement will be. All of our staff are vetted and have undergone police checks. We also keep detailed notes on any special requests you may have, and this information is passed on to whoever is cleaning your space.
